On November 28, 2025, SP2S successfully held the new product launch event for SEN X at Aroem Resto Gambir, Jakarta. The event, centered on experience, invited local channel partners and users to get hands-on with the SEN X pod kit, learning about its all-new structure and flavor performance.
During the opening session, Ko Jason, head of the SP2S Indonesia team, introduced the localization direction and subsequent market plans for SEN X. He stated that SEN X will continue to iterate based on the preferences of Indonesian users, and the company will also provide necessary market support for channel partners, including essential materials, training, and on-the-ground assistance.
Following that, Ms. J9, Marketing Manager from SP2S HQ, and Mr. Ansen, Product Manager, further explained the design rationale of SEN X from the perspectives of global market trends and R&D. They shared the advantages of the open structure for daily use and the work of the flavor lab in terms of flavor tuning, giving the attending partners a clearer understanding of the product's competitiveness.
